Noida Authority Allocates New Hotel Plots to Boost City Development

                Noida: The Noida Authority has launched a 
scheme to establish six new hotels across the 
city. Under this plan, plots have been marked 
for three budget hotels and three star-category 
hotels, situated in sectors 93B, 105, 135, and 
142.

The six hotel plots collectively span 42,790 
sqm, with a total reserve price of Rs 781.48 
crores. The allotment process will be 
conducted through an e-auction, with a pre-bid 
meeting 
scheduled for Oct 10 to address potential 
bidders' queries.

Bid submissions will open on Oct 17 and close 
on Nov 9. Plots have a FAR of 3 and a 40% 
ground coverage.

In Sector 93B, three plots have been allocated 
for budget hotels. For the star-category hotel, 
the Authority is providing three large plots in 
key sectors — sectors 105, 135 and 142. 
Meanwhile, GNIDA introduced a scheme for 20 
BPO and ITES plots in Knowledge Park 5.
