Valor Estate and L&T Realty Team Up with Lodha Group to Develop 5.7 Million Sq Ft

                Valor Estate Limited, previously known as DB Realty Limited, has announced a landmark development project in partnership with industry giants L&T Realty and Lodha Group. This 
collaboration will see the development of approximately 5.7 million square feet of carpet area, reinforcing Valor Estate's commitment to expanding its real estate portfolio. The project is 
expected to generate an impressive revenue of ₹6,000 crores, marking a significant financial milestone for the company.

Valor Estate, a leading real estate developer based in Mumbai, has a well-established reputation for delivering high-quality projects. The company's current land bank spans 600 acres, 
with plans to acquire additional land to support future developments. Beyond real estate, Valor Estate is also making strides in the hospitality sector through a 50:50 joint venture with 
Prestige Estate, which will result in a 779-key hotel-cum-commercial complex in Aerocity, Delhi.

With a robust pipeline of 13 million square feet of residential projects, this new collaboration with L&T Realty and Lodha Group positions Valor Estate for substantial growth and solidifies 
its standing as a key player in the real estate market.
