Hero Realty Strengthens Mohali Presence with ₹260 Crore Luxury Land Acquisition
Hero Realty Group has expanded its footprint in Mohali by securing an 8.71-acre land parcel in Sector 99 for ₹262.75 crore. The purchase was made through its subsidiary, Vikas Parks Pvt. Ltd, in a competitive auction conducted by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA). The premium land will be used to develop a high-end luxury residential project under the well-known Hero Homes brand.
The upcoming project will be strategically located with seamless connectivity to Chandigarh, leading institutions in Mohali, and the rapidly developing expressway network. Designed as a marquee luxury community, the development will feature world-class amenities and supporting retail infrastructure, catering to the growing aspirations of modern homebuyers in the region.

Currently, Hero Realty is developing more than 5.2 million square feet of residential space across the NCR and Punjab, while also having successfully delivered over 230 acres of industrial parks in Haridwar and 6 million square feet of assets across India.
