DataforIndia Co-founder Buys ₹113 Crore Property in South Delhi’s Vasant Vihar
Akhil Wable, co-founder of DataforIndia, recently purchased a prime residential plot in Delhi's Vasant Vihar for ₹113 crore. The 1,280 square yard property was acquired from Eleannt Enterprises and the deal was officially registered on June 25, 2025. This high-end transaction reflects the continued demand for large plots in South Delhi’s upscale neighborhoods.
The sharp rise in the plot’s value—from ₹95 crore earlier in the year—highlights the limited supply and strong investor interest in Vasant Vihar. Experts say the location, near Vasant Lok market and the metro station, is suitable for both residential and select commercial developments. The purchase price, around ₹9 lakh per square yard, indicates a well-planned investment in a locality known for its exclusivity.

Luxury property deals in Vasant Vihar are on the rise, with entrepreneurs and professionals replacing traditional legacy buyers. In April, Vineet Kapur of O3 Plus bought an 800 sq yard bungalow for ₹72 crore, adding to the trend. Older homes in the area are increasingly being redeveloped into modern low-rise apartments, while the demand for spacious, independent homes continues due to privacy, space, and long-term value.
